Tatiana Pulido is a first-time homeowner in Broomall and is excited to serve her community.  She is committed to taking practical steps to make the future better, a little bit at a time. 

Her day job as an investment specialist involves managing the interests of many stakeholders, doing research, and making decisions on behalf of investors in the funds. She looks forward to using the practical outlook and listening skills that she has practiced in her job to her Marple Township neighbors.

Tatiana is from the Mt. Airy neighborhood of Philadelphia and grew up attending magnet schools in the School District of Philadelphia. She has a degree in International Relations from St. Joseph's University. In her spare time, she enjoys Soul Cycle and has recently taken up gardening at her home in Broomall, where she lives with her brother and two cats. 

Tatiana's family has a rich history in public service in the Philadelphia area, and they taught her important values of liberty, justice, and grit. Community is about showing up, even when you don't feel like it or when times are tough. When she saw close friends start to view America's future with dread, she decided to take action and get involved. Local governance is the daily practice of American democracy, and contributing where you're able to is the right thing to do.
